Becky teaches mindfulness at an elementary school in Holladay, UT. She uses a lot of our own curriculum but also a wide variety of other resources. She will be sharing her lesson plans on our blog so you can implement the same things in your classroom or school. Thank You Teachers!

We have a soft spot for teachers and want to do all we can to help you learn to practice and also teach self-compassion in your classroom. We recently presented at the Show Up For Teachers Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah, along with other organizations and experts who specialize in social-emotional learning.

Below is our slides and presentation. It's about 40 minutes long, and we teach you the three basic steps to self-compassion and some simple tools to use when you're having a hard moment, day, season. By practicing self-compassion, you can create a kind, warm space for yourself, a reserve of kindness, to help you feel replenished, instead of depleted or drained. Let us show you how!
