Come Tomorrow! Thursday Night Class is Taking a Break!

We have really enjoyed our Thursday night meditation classes! Since January we met almost every single week and meditated and discussed as a group--anywhere from 3-10 people is size. There really is so much power in meditating together. Throughout the year we have covered all sorts of subjects and lots about self-compassion. We've talk about pain, resistance, stress, anxiety, spirituality quotients, thoughts leading our lives, questions that lead our lives, gratitude, and so much more!

Tomorrow (Thursday, April 25th) will be our last class for a while. So if you've been wanting to give it a try--now is the time! We will resume later in the year.

In the meantime, Becky is going on a week-long SILENT meditation retreat! So you know she'll have LOTS to say when she gets back! We will also be working on content for our Self-Compassion and Art Workshop--happening on June 15th. If you're interested in signing up for that, please use the code EARLYBIRD for a $40 discount!! This is the BEST deal we will offer on it and it will only last a few weeks. So snag a spot now if you want one :)

Our meditation coach, Becky, will lead a mindfulness discussion and a 15-20 minute meditation each class. The discussion will focus on a basic principle of mindfulness and meditation. Including, mindful breathing, common humanity, self-compassion and emotional responsibility. This is a great class for beginners and experienced meditators. Our hope is that you will recognized mindfulness meditation improving your well-being, and will be motivated to incorporate these powerful fundamentals into your daily lives.
