This listing is tuition for 1 teen or 1 adult to have a private, 1-on-1 class with Becky, our trained Mindfulness Self-Compassion Teacher. Each lesson is 1 to 2 hours long and is taught once a week for 8 weeks at our private studio in Holladay, UT. The cost includes our Self-Compassion Handbook with prompts and Becky's recorded meditations to help you get started on your home meditation practice.
Upon payment, you will recieve the self-compassion mediations. Becky will contact you shortly after to schedule your first class and give you the handbook.
