This listing is tuition for 2 people to have a private class with Becky, our mindfulness coach. This is great for a teen/parent pair. Each lesson is 1 to 2 hours long and is taught once a week for 4 weeks at a date and time chosen by you. Zoom and in-person options availbe. The cost includes a journal with weekly prompts and Becky's meditations to help you get started on your home meditation practice.
This 4-week class is all about the basic principles of mindfulness and meditation. Including, mindful breathing, common humanity, self-compassion and emotional responsibility. Becky will lead discussions and in-depth mindfulness meditations each week. This is a great class if you are new to mindfulness meditation or are hoping to deepen your mindfulness knowledge or practice.
Our hope is that at the end of the class you have recognized mindfulness and meditation improving your well-being, and have mapped out a way to incorporate these powerful fundamentals into your daily lives.
