This listing is tuition for 1 Adult (age 16 and up)
This 4-week class is all about the basic principles of mindfulness and meditation. Including, mindful breathing, common humanity, self-compassion and emotional responsibility. Our meditation coach, Becky, will lead discussions and in-depth mindfulness meditations each week. This is a great class if you are new to mindfulness meditation, but also a great for those who are more experienced. Our hope is that at the end of the class you have recognized mindfulness meditation improving your well-being, and have mapped out a way to incorporate these powerful fundamentals into your daily lives.

The cost includes a digital download of Becky's meditations to help you get started on your home meditation practice.
