CLASSES

THURSDAY NIGHT MEDITATION

This on-going class Is for anyone who wants to learn and discuss mindfulness principles and meditate as a group. We think group meditation can be super powerful and can't wait to meet you there. It makes a great date night, meaningful girls night out, or is a comfortable environment to come to by yourself. See you there!

Cost is $10 a class. Pay at the door with cash or card. 

PRIVATE CLASSES

Becky loves teaching private, one-on-one lessons. These can be as individuals or with a parent and teen. Please see the listings above for "Mindfulness Fundamentals Private Lessons" for more information. 

Cost is $200-$250 for a 4-week class.

SELF-COMPASSION & ART CLASS

We first taught this class to teens and their parents. It was a huge hit! We have since offered it to everyone (13 and older) and it's been an amazing environment to learn from each other. 

This 4-week class teaches self-compassion and emotional responsibility through discussion, art, and mindfulness meditation.  We will most-likely open registration for this class in January 2019, however, if you'd like to be in the know--please consider signing up for our blog email. We post once a week which is sent out to everyone on our list. That email also includes updated product and class information. 

MINDFULNESS FUNDAMENTALS CLASS

This 4-week class is all about the basic principles of mindfulness and meditation. Including, mindful breathing, common humanity, self-compassion and emotional responsibility. Our meditation coach, Becky, will lead discussions and in-depth mindfulness meditations each week. This is a great class if you are new to mindfulness meditation, but also a great for those who are more experienced.  Our hope is that at the end of the class you have recognized mindfulness meditation improving your well-being, and have mapped out a way to incorporate these powerful fundamentals into your daily lives.
